The water shifts, and so do our moods. If a piece you chose doesn’t align with your current energy once it arrives, it belongs back in the deep. Here is how we manage the return.

The Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and 10 days for  exchange. Once those days passes, the piece is officially woven into your personal lore.

The Standard

To be welcomed back, your treasures must be pristine—completely unused, unaltered, and nestled in their original packaging. We cannot accept pieces that have already begun a life lived fully with you.

The Exceptions

Pieces acquired during a clearance sale or via a limited-time markdown are yours to keep. These are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The Rough Waters

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged or we sent the wrong design, please flag it with us within 48 hours of delivery at sos@machliworld.com. We will swiftly replace the item or issue a full refund, clearing the storm at no cost to you.

The Exchange

If you wish to trade one side of Machli for another, a fixed exchange fee of ₹99 applies per item. Your new companion will make its way to you within 5–7 working days after we receive the original.
