• All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
• Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. That confirmation does not mean the contract is formed. The contract is officially formed when we dispatch the Product to you. We may cancel orders due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, logistical issues, or if delivery cannot be made to your address.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Shipping and delivery charges are additional (if applicable) and will be specified clearly at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods may include: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For COD orders, an additional COD convenience fee might apply.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Products will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate.
• Delivery timelines given are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors (logistics, weather, customs, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

8. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Store Credits: In alignment with our brand policy, we do not offer cash or bank refunds for change-of-mind returns. If eligible, your return will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the product, and store credit will be issued via a credit note valid for a full year.
• Returns & Exchanges: Customers may request returns for eligible Products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is pristine, completely unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
• Defective / Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery at sos@machliworld.com. We will inspect the issue and swiftly offer a replacement or credit note, as appropriate.
• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our facility. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible, and the package must be handled through our standard return flow.

 

9. Warranty

• Unless otherwise stated in the product description, Products do not come with a specific commercial warranty beyond what is required under applicable law.

If not resolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, or by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (and its amendments).
