machli exists in two worlds. it is named after the iconic, fierce queen of ranthambore, the most legendary tigress to live. yet, in hindi, machli translates to fish, capturing a fluid, adaptive grace that moves effortlessly through the deep. the brand embodies both: the raw power of the land and the untamed mystery of the water. we design for those who contain multitudes.
where is machli jewellery designed and made?
we don't believe in mass-manufactured fast fashion. instead, we obsessively hand-source and select each piece from global workshops that meet our rigorous engineering standards. every treasure is vetted for its weight, its structure, and its ability to impress. if a piece doesn't feel authentic, it doesn't make it to our reef.

our pieces are crafted using heavy-duty, premium bases, such as 800k plated copper, built to feel substantial and last a lifetime.

simply enter your email and phone number on our loyalty page. once you're in, you will instantly begin accumulating coins with every purchase.
how do the points work?
every time you place an order, you earn 10% back in coins. these coins accumulate automatically in your account and can be redeemed as credits against your future treasures.
shipping & delivery
how long will it take for my order to reach me?
for deliveries within india, standard shipping takes a swift 1 to 4 days. international shipping times are calculated directly at checkout based on your location.
what happens if my delivery is delayed?
while the vast majority of our shipments arrive perfectly on time, occasionally a package might get caught in a storm outside our control. if your order seems to be drifting, send an email to orders@machli.co and we will track it down for you.
returns & exchanges
what is your return policy?
we offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. items must be pristine, completely unused, and in their original packaging.
do you offer refunds?
we do not offer cash or bank refunds. once your return is inspected and approved, you will receive store credit via a credit note valid for a full year, giving you ample time to find the piece that truly aligns with your energy.
what if my piece arrives damaged?
if your order hits rough waters and arrives damaged or incorrect, flag it with us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@machli.co. we will swiftly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
